Trevor Brice – Surrey, BC

I’m told that I started boating when I was 6 weeks old, and I’ve been passionate about it since I can remember. We spent most summers on our boat cruising the BC coast and I formed some of my best memories here. Now that I have my own kids, it’s important to me that I give them the same experience. Having this experience is why we started North Pacific Yachts in 2003 and more recently, North Pacific Yacht Brokers. Helping others have enjoyable boating experiences and creating lasting memories is our mission. Bill Nieman– Anacortes, WA

With more than a decade of experience in the marine industry, and over 25 years in manufacturing, Bill joined North Pacific Yachts in 2018 as the Build Manager. His industry background includes building, buying, and selling trawlers—both full- and semi-displacement—including North Pacific, Kadey-Krogen, Defever, American Tug, Grand Banks and more. Bill leverages his vast experience to help buyers find their dream boat, and help sellers effectively bring their boat to market.

Bill is passionate about his craft and has lived aboard full-time for over six years. His wealth of knowledge and easy-going personality makes the process go smoothly for everyone. Bill can help you through the entire process including budget, acquisition, logistics and long-term planning, including moorage, insurance, maintenance and improvements.

Evan Adams – Everett, WA

Evan’s passion for the maritime industry started at a young age, and his obsession for all things boats continues to grow. Evan’s boating experience ranges from small runabouts to inland lake houseboats to cruising yachts. “I am drawn to the ocean by the endless adventure and experiences that it has to offer. I join the countless people who agree that a boat is the ultimate way to explore the Blue Planet and connect with family and friends. The new and interesting people that I meet in this line of work make it that much more exciting. Helping families buy and sell boats and watch their own adventures unfold is the most rewarding part of the process.” Evan started his professional career as an accountant, and his close attention to every detail is valued in a business where accuracy and communication is critical to a smooth process. Evan’s goal is to make the purchase and sale experience enjoyable and to build longterm relationships with happy clients.

Vann Cochran – Charleston, SC (mobile East Coast)

Vann has been sailing since he was a child and owned his first boat when he was 8 years old. He loves nothing more than sailing with family and friends and is keen for others to have this experience. Vann holds a USCG 100 ton captain’s license. He has traveled the East Coast and to the islands, crewing on mega yachts and sailboats. He has also competitively raced sailboats. Vann spent a long career in construction and real estate development before switching to brokerage.

Vann recently moved from sail to power and is now preparing his vessel for extended cruising. This personal experience in the learning process gives Vann a great perspective on what buyers are going through. Vann’s mission is to get to know your cruising goals and needs and help match you with your perfect boat. His keen attention to detail and his prompt communication will make him an excellent partner in your search or sale.

Dallas Bohl - Sidney, BC

Dallas Bohl is anchored by a deep commitment to crafting unforgettable experiences for clients, family, and friends. His professional journey has taken him from wharfinger at a local marina, to nurturing the Roost Farm Bakery & Winery into a community cornerstone, and managing distinctive, experience-focused ocean side vacation rentals. Driven by a genuine desire to connect and create, Dallas has always sought to make meaningful contributions.
